As Executive Director of the American Red Cross serving Northwest Washington, I work within multimillion-dollar humanitarian budgets to make sure resources go where people need them most. From raising funds through grants, corporate partners, and individual donors, to leading disaster responses of more than 10 million dollars for communities impacted by the LA fires and Hurricane Helene, I know how to make tough budget decisions that deliver real results.

I am a proud Edmonds resident who believes deeply in building a city where everyone feels safe, heard, and supported. I hold a Master’s degree in Politics and International Studies from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University, where I studied how to design sustainable systems that encourage growth and strengthen communities. I am trained in both predictive and evaluative policy analysis, which means I understand not only the immediate impact of decisions but also how they will shape Edmonds in the years ahead.

In a time of division and financial strain, Edmonds needs steady, compassionate leadership grounded in respect, transparency, and proven experience managing resources responsibly.
